Labor and Birth Care

Have the birth of your dreams in the comfort of your own home with a certified professional midwife team. Your midwife is on-call for you beginning at 37 weeks and will remain on-call until you have your baby. If you go into labor prior to 37 weeks, or after 42 weeks, your midwife will accompany you to the hospital where a hospital practitioner will care for you during your labor and birth.

During labor and birth your midwife can do a lot of the same things the hospital can. If you need or desire an IV or antibiotics your midwife can give those to you right in the comfort of your own home. With home birth you sacrifice nothing. Midwives carry the same medications as the hospital, plus are very skilled in herbal and homeopathic remedies.
